What the site does
The site repairs copies of your Snapchat Memories export inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded. Your original files are not changed: the site saves fixed copies.
Memories Fixer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snap Inc. Snapchat is a trademark of Snap Inc.
Use it for your own files
Use the site only with exports and files that you have the right to use.
It is free
Fixing photos and videos is free. There is no subscription and no account.
What we do not promise
The site comes as it is. We cannot promise that it works with every export, browser or computer, or that it will always be available. Snapchat can change its export at any time. Keep your original files until you have checked the fixed copies.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost files or indirect loss. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
